What's the best Bike 1st Build ?

I just ordered a Skyhawk GT-5SR Super Rat Engine Kit . I was going to install it on a 24" mountain Bike I have but found out it won't fit that frame with the Shock set up .

From Looking at some Motored Bikes the gears are not used when on Motor Power . So is it better to just build a single speed coaster Bike ?

Also weight has to have a Lot to do with Performance and I would Like it to run a Good top speed . What Bike should I look at Buying under $150.00 ?

There are some mountain bikes that engines will fit on, even a big ol' hog like the super rat. If you can find a MTB in your price range to fit that hoss on, you can install a shift kit. Then the engine can take advantage of the bikes gears. That means possibly more speed, and definitely more torque. No more pedaling up hills.
