Not very many can be used without modification but there are a few... The older Proflex bikes from the 90's would be a good cantidate since the rear suspension has a short travel and the shock is behind the seat post and out of the way. These type frames would do very well with a jack shaft and shifter kit.
Now if you don't mind doing some frame mods just about any full suspension bike that the shock isn't in the middle of the frame or in the way could be used.
Any full suspension bike will need some type of chain tensioning system made up to keep the chain from slacking too much as the rear suspension moves thru it's range
