want to buy. lookin for a unused grubee starfire

Good luck. i think the last year they were imported was 2009.

By far the best engines i've used, though. i'm still using them on my race bikes and they've been rebuilt a few times with a crapload of miles on them. they've got great bottom ends.
 
Fred has two TIGHTCASE engines left. They are Starfire casings that he has installed a balanced speed crankshaft that has a 40mm stroke in it. I've got one on my Huffydavidson with a shiftkit and its like a motorcycle. Unbelievable fast and he's finishing a second one for me today Yea!!!

That is an error and not correct.
Have you ever had a starfire motor?

I had hundreds of them........and still got a few left.

No Chinese bicycle engine comes with an aluminum crank.

Don't believe everything you read online.
