Hey peoples
Anyone tried this lay back seat post idea (see attached photo)? I stumbled upon this while searching the net. I’d like to try it but questioning its stability. What do you guys think of this?

Thanks

Handle bar goose neck, might work if you have a truss braes welded on it. And only if it is steel, not alloy .............Curt

Thanks! The truss rod is a good idea. I'd like to get this post from Sportsman Flyer, but I don't think they sell it. I'm going to shoot them an email.

Also seen cold roll solid stock, heated and bent like that for seat post. I think would be the best.............Curt

Ok, I didn't read their site listings close enough. I was looking looking at the pics and was expecting a closeup of the post itself like they show the clamp. LOL!

Not sure but sure looks like handle bar tube witch is 7/8" and would be about the same as seat tube and strong, You can get them clamps just about any were, ACE for one, or industrial supply.............Curt
