Unresponsive Hand Levers

Wow I'm on a roll here with issues .kick2

As I was working on my bike (upside down), I flipped it back over and tried moving it forward just to see the sprocket thread my chain through and I notice that my clutch is engaged. I went to disengage it, but I couldn't!

This is where I'm at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YbfDgun4qPU I have the same ailment with my rear brakes as well. I'm thinking that the pressure of having it on the floor must of messed up the hand mechanisms somehow? Either that, or maybe when I took the motor case off and put it back on, I must of not put back in properly?

Looks like it came loose where the little cable clamp holds it on the arm
on the motor but you don't show that part of the motor on your video.

Or the arm is pushed over on the motor and jammed in that position?

the cable won't pull the clutch unless that three-screw cover is dead tight - tighten it and look along the cable for anomalies if it still doesn't work

Was the cover screwed in on the first vid? If not see above comments.

If it is still stuck once you screw the three screws in, you'll want to make sure the engagement pin doesn't fit too tight and is well greased.

thanks for the replies. The hand levers were unresponsive even with the cover screwed in. I will be taking a look at it again hopefully this week.
