Throttle stuck

Hi guys im new to this and i got my bike running it was going fine until the other day it lost throttle no throtlle at all dont know whats wrong but the piston on the carbeurtor when u twist the grip it opens and closes
 
still don't know what you're saying

if it starts and runs wide open, then I'd say air leak

if it doesn't start, then I'd say go thru the 'no start' thread one step at a time
