subaru robin eh035 clutch problem... please help!

well i just got my subaru eh035 running but when i took it for a spin it makes a loud ( hitting , scratching ) noise from the clutch circular thing.

from 1-10 mph it make that noise coming from the clutch. the clutch pads seem to have enough meat on them. I don't know what to do. I have seen other MB with the same friction drive kit from BMP and same engine and don't make that sound.

i would like to add when i get to 10-15+ mph it stops making that noise.

nope... still trying to figure it out... i really need to make a video to show you guys.


i finish my bike and i been testing it out. it works great after the clutch engages. I have notice that i hear the loud scraping sound when is on idle!
 
well i think i found the problem.

1) I remove the engine and turn it on. No noise!

2) Installed the engine with 3 engine bolts. Tightening them down in a triangle pattern.

3) turn the engine on. NO scraping sound at idle at last!

finally put the last engine bolt, still no sound.

Im going to ride it to work today, will see how it does. cvlt1
