Spring loaded chain tensioner

Looking for a cheap spring loaded tensioner and found one on eBay but it is different to all the other ones. Just wondering if anyone knows how to put it on or has a photo of one that has already been installed.

I refuse to put spring tensioners on a bike, and that one doesn't seem to be made for these bikes anyway.

In case you haven't thought of it- why not set the motor chain without a tensioner- a smaller gear helps clearance issues and gives faster speed at lower revs and vibrations-
and then just tension the pedal chain instead- much safer
Small very lightweight tensioners can be had for $10-12
or even hang a derailleur and go multi speed?

No, they are made for these bikes but I don't know how well they work.

because when going downhill the slack is at top of chain and can "V" up inside the case

not even a hill, just a master link gone fishing will do it.
