Skyhawk Stage III Crank Case Binding

Hello All,

I'm building a 49cc 4 stroke with a Skyhawk Stage III Crankcase. When I attach the crankcase, the enclosure hits the left gear and I cannot pull start. What am I doing wrong? All appears to be seated correctly.

Do you have the ability to provide any photos of your motor and gearbox without the cover installed? You may have to make a couple of more posts before you can post photos so you might make a post or two in the introduction section to get you post count up. One thing it could be is the clutch is upside down causing the binding either against the crankcase of the motor or the binding with the gearbox cover when it is installed? But not being able to see photos cant say for sure?

Hello,

I got it figures out (couldn't get a good picture), but I had the left gear's post in backward - it caused that gear to be out too far. Hopefully, it'll be finished tomorrow. ;)

I do thank you for your help.
