Okay so after installing my Skyhawk 66cc engine with the CNS carb, i've had some trouble. It starts fine and idles fine, but as soon as I open up the throttle there is basically no power coming through.
But what happened is I tried running it, after forgetting to open the fuel valve. It started up, ran horrible for a second or two, then once it burned through some of the gas in the fuel line, it began to really go great at the low/middle end. As soon as I got to about 15-20 mph, and WOT, it just starts to 4 stroke until I release throttle and let it slow down to 15-20, at which point it runs great, but 4 strokes again at 20-25. And then the gas in the fuel line runs out.
Running it with the valve open, it doesn't wanna accelerate at all.
Oh and I think I should mention, I have the needle c-clip on the middle position, or 3rd click.
I checked the plug after the sputtering, and it's completely soaked and pretty black.
Anybody know how I can fix this?
