sky hawk cns speed carb question

Got A sky hawk cns speed carb with my new kit wondering if it will funtion properly with out the choke cabe/lever

Mine always starts easier with the 'choke' on........never tried using without it.

(Skyhawk 66 with CNS V3 carb. Now if you remove the brass plug to reveal the other adjustment screw, you'll be happy with the results!)
