When someone recommends you switch your stock chain tensioner out for a new one, do it....
I was riding down the road today at 27mph feeling good and all of a sudden *SNAP!*. It was the worst sound I've ever heard and going that fast I freaked out. Lucky enough for me I somehow slowed down enough before the chain decided to pop off and racket around. I'm ok and my bike is fine but wow... if you have time and the necessary tools make a better chain tensioner.. you will be much safer in the long run just in case!
