Schwinn spoiler front end on a 24 in stingray?

Does anyone know if the Schwinn XL springer front end will fit on a regular 24in stingray?

Looking at pics, the steerer looks like it's a little longer on the Spoiler compared to the OCC. It could work, but you'd probably have to mod it a lil bit.

Of course, this is just speculation. I've never owned either bike.

if that is the case, is there a springer front end that will fit on the 24" occ?

i dont see why it wont fit, you will just have the get spacers for your head tube
