Really hating winter.

We've had about 100 straight days of temps below freezing. This is what it looks like all around here. Good weather for working on the bikes, though.
I haven't seen snow berms like this since the 1970's.

This Cro-Mo Univega I got for 10 bucks isn't motorized - yet.

That's why my Mom's family left Chicago over a 100 years ago and my Dad's family left Buffalo, NY - They all hated the snow and cold - California is the place to be!!!

thats why we moved to the us virgin islands, 12 months of summer, hottest we have seen in 6 years is 93 and the coldest around 72. can ride my motorized bicycle year round

It's been a bad, bad winter hasn't it?

Since mid-December I've only managed, I think, four bike rides.

I'd been growing a bit cranky, too. I had to grab hold of myself and start forcing a smile.

I think I'm going to get a ride in here in a couple of hours. That ought to help.
