Rattling drive sprocket in freewheel

So I've thrown all my parts together, and I just need gas and I can fire this engine up.

Tonight I've been playing around with free wheeling... My clutch is responsive enough... But when I disengage the clutch to free wheel I get considerable chain rattling... Almost sounds like a running engine. I've been playing with tension and it doesn't seem to make a difference. Chain also hasn't been getting caught.

The wheel doesn't turn nearly as well as it used to... Which I should have expected.

But I can't help but feel that it shouldn't rattle this badly.... Like the chain is rubbing against the housing.

So question:

This is the stock chain, does that have something to do with it?

It's a brand new kit, does the drive sprocket need to just be worn through use?

Is my rear sprocket un aligned? It looks good to the naked eye...

3 things that will help you use a strait edge to make it realy is strait.
throw out the stock chain if its the 410( mountain bike chain size)it will last a day if that they sell HD BMX single speed chains at most good bike shops cheap investment to not have a problem and also see how well its greased inside the sprocket and i like a little in the teeth of the gears on the clutch side also.
