They have yet to "finalize" this law. The original text of the law left big gaps "to be enacted by the legislature" before the date the law becomes active. Stuff like rate of taxation, "but not to exceed 15%", exactly what is deemed to be "public" as usage is only to be in "private areas". Quite honestly I see this new "Law" as a disaster in action (yes just like DIA, our airport) and an example of what happens when you let stoners write legislation (yes just like our MMA laws). The only thing that I see as happening in the end with it is that federal agencies like DOJ, DEA, and DOC will wind up having a massive hiring spree......LOL.
