PLEASE HELP!!

I purchased motor carb frame and a few other things, the kid I bought it from said it was a BBR motor... I put everything together and realized the the piston wasn't making a complete stroke. So when I took the everything apart I discovered the piston was hitting the crank shaft. So i don't know if I have the wrong piston, wrong rod or what... So if someone could please help point me in the right direction, I would really appreciate it. Thank you.
