ok guys i want to know if its ok to take my new 52cc friction drive bike to work, but the only problem is that i live ten miles from where i work, is it ok to take it that far with the brand new engine?? below is where i got everything

This is just my opinion but I always think better safe than sorry. Measure twice, cut once. Why not wait a few days to make sure that everything is adjusted, engine is properly broken in and all the bugs are worked out?

From what I've read, don't run longer then 30 minutes before cooling down period. I consider cooled when you can put your hand on the head or cylinder, hold it there without getting burnt. Vary the throttle along the way and avoid WOT. You are pushing that envelope at 10 miles.
