Piston Bikes

On Nov. 11th, I ordered a crank from Piston Bikes (they were the only ones that had one in stock).

The next day, I got an email saying that it was shipped, with a UPS tracking number.

Well, long story short, after 3 emails to them (with no reply) and 3 weeks, I finally got not 1, but 2 cranks! 2 different styles.

The enclosed packing list said Nov. 12, but UPS didn't receive it until the 30th.

I appreciate them sending 2 cranks, but an email response would have been nice.
 
It is actually sad that there is absolutely NO or HARDLY any customer service as soon as your credit card number is ran through...
 
aw man, don't tell me this. i just ordered a bunch of stuff from them and i should be recieving it tomorrow.
