Pirate Cycles Sold Out Parts?

Why is Pirate always sold out of some parts? I've tried emailing them (I knew that wouldn't work) and they don't answer the phone. But I need a new 80cc jug for my RAW engine. (Last one has some issues) They have the best priced stuff but I can't buy from them when they are never in stock. Are they ever going to have stock in these parts again? Or should I look elsewhere? They focus on all these mopeds and dirtbikes and chopper bikes but no one wants to pay those prices for fancy MBs. All I (and I assume most other people) want are parts for what we actually own. I think they need to focus on what people want to buy, not look at. Well, thats my late night rant. Thanks.
