Hit a pot hole with my Point Beach and dented the front rim. Wally World purchase. Contacted Wally people--useless after purchase. Contacted PacificCycle prepared to pay for a rim, someone immediately answered the phone, and they are shipping a complete wheel free of charge!

Heck yeah I will do some Biz with them. I love good cutomer service. I am a customer service rep for a very reputable Video Game company so when I get crappy cust service I get irrate lol
