I'm building custom wheels using drum brakes, the front (and most important because most of your stopping power comes from your front brake) is going to be a monster 130mm dirtbike drum. The rear is going to be a moped hub. I'm lacing both hubs into 24" bicycle rims with 11g spokes. The moped hub is threaded for a freewheel, and the drive sprocket bolts directly to the hub, no clamping like the adapters some of us use for bicycle hubs. The dropouts may have to be spread a little depending on width. My moped hub is 127mm in length.
