also going to use a bmx bike. Sounds like it would fit stealth on one...even if a rear rack is used.
 
that's easy to install .....it says with 48 volts it might exceed 30 mph , if you want 40 mph get about a 1500 or 2000 watt hub motor and a load of lithium ion batteries , that should do it , but they ain't cheap ..........wee.
