New member, new bike, new motore

Hey from Mississippi gulf coast... I have a new bike, its a Hyper from walmart with a kit i purchased at a pawn shop last year... Just now got the bike yesterday, and put yhe kit on yesterday... Not sure if i did it right lots of noob questions

Chain pops off so i think i will shorten it a bit more... Maybe 2 links. I have the round tensioner pushed almost all the way up... I think the chain has stretched alot during riding.
Also, the rear fender bolts came loose and is rattling like crazy. I dont want to get rid of them so i will locktight new ones on... Matter of fact i will locktight almost all bolts soon...
My muffler also came off (damn rattling!)
Got a new one ordered from bikeberry.com will definetly locktight it on
