New kit setup

I just bought a 36v/800w kit from bikeberry. I am only hooking up the thumb throttle. I just need to know how to attach the battery and motor to the controller. There is no diagram or clear instructions for wiring.

The motor has three leads with ring connectors. So does the controller. Do those go together?

I also see a red and black set which I assume are for the battery. I am using my own battery. It is not from the kit.

They didn't send you any instructions or label the wires at all? Lucky for you most of them are easy to figure out. You might have another smaller red wire for an on off switch you might have to connect to the big red wire or it wont turn on. Should be pretty easy to figure out
