New Cns carb has no power

I just built a new bike, I've made over twenty MB's most of them with the first generation Cns carb and have never had a problem until this new kit with the second generation Cns carb, it idles a revs up with the clutch input when you try to ride it it has no power, the throttle only has one little spot where the bike will move at all other wise it bogs. When it's idling flames are coming out of the muffler ( that would be cool if it ran good) I'm hoping someone knows what the problem is with my carb.

RICH!!!! RICH!!!!! RICH!!!!!!! Check if your float isn't stuck, if your carb is tilted to much it will keep pouring gas into the carb.
