New brake

I was laying in bed thinking I needed to sort out and pack away the bike calipers etc. to get storage space again. All of a sudden my thoughts focused on the Jap Schwinn clone spring fork with a horizontal ~1/4" hole for what I thought was the fender bracket. Finally I realized it is set up for a caliper brake! I am about to put it on the Schwinn cruiser with the blade fork and this will give me a good front brake for a change.! Naturally the back side will mount the fender also. KW

Funny how that cartoon light bulb is dead on. Out of the blue things come to me like that as well. Of course mine usually get me in trouble.
