This is my second build. (Still modifying my first one) but I had to build another one.
I used a nell lusso because I really liked the frame design. I know I know
Added front and back disc brakes
Laced in a new rear hub so I could solid mount my sprocket and disc
Of course a springer fork is required.
Hi performance carb and reed valve
Modified exhaust
Not done yet, work gets in the way!

Wheels are original huffy I wanted that steel wheel ride.
The front I just drilled for a 6 bolt adapter.
Rear hub came from Amazon search motorized bike hub.

Finally finished!
Runs and rides great!
had to abandon the rear disc and change to Odyssey side pull cause I just couldn't get proper chain alignment with my rotor/sprocket setup, had it working but due to sprocket/rotor size just wasn't looking like long term goodness.

I installed a high performance head mainly because it made the engine bigger and filled out the frame better but it's actually a pretty nice piece.
The Keihlin clone carb and reed valve setup I got from gasbike.net (Thanks Lorenzo!) is a really nice setup and helps out the low and mid range. The area where I live is a constant slope (side of the volcano) and I'm 6'2 and weigh about 220 so top speed is not what I'm looking for but this engine/sprocket combo seems to work well.
