Need help with acceleration problems

Hello everyone, I have a 66/80cc SD Stinger. I can fire it up and runs just fine at an idle, can rev it while sitting still. When i try to take it for a ride it will accelerate 2/3 throttle then crap out. If i let off the throttle it will go back to an idle then try to accelerate again it will go to 2/3 throttle then crap out like before. This is continuis. I would appreciate any suggestions or solutions.

How long have you had the engine? My guess it's a clogged exhaust. Does it rev fine with the clutch pulled in? If so it's most likely the exhaust
 
one can test for clogged exhaust by loosening it about a 1/4 inch at the flange to see if it makes a difference - don't run it long that way or you'll burn out the gasket
