I wonder how hard it would be to reproduce,If a harley is 1200cc then 1/3 is 400cc,,,,oh my, that would move out,,,,,heck, that little chevy V8 would fit a bike

actually a 1200 cc motor at 1/3 scale is not 400cc

its more like 44.4cc

don,t forget , your scaling in 3 dimensions .
