My motorized bike topping out at 20mph

Hi guys my motorized bike i bought a bunch of upgrades like the bbr thrust exhaust, performance carb with better air filter, new gas tank, new cylinder and cylinder head, and it keeps topping iut at around 20mph im new to motorized bikes and just got this like a month ago and only been riding it for about 2 weeks, it accelerates pretty good to about 20mph but then just stays at that speed, i do have some throttle slack but dont think that is the problem, also can anyone tell me how to fix my throttle slack like with some type of spacer or something, and when i go out to my garage like in the morning or something i will see a really small wet spot on the floor so i think my gas is dripping even tho i turn off my fuel
 
I would like to see your perfomance carb, if it's the same as mine, needs to be leaned right out. I'm at 2200ft elevation, I think. And the .65 still too rich, got another pack of jets coming maybe Oct., I still got my stock carb on and works good., for the slack, pull the cable screw out of your stock carb, sits right in the end, I may have cut mine to fit.. oh ya the fuel filters that come with leak, go to your local parts dept get a nice smaller hi flow, I think they look better, but I dont like piss yellow paper filter. Best luck
 
seems like you still in a breaking in period with new cylinder and so just take it slow and break motor in and make sure your oil mix is 8 oz to a gallon thats what i used on my motor to break it in.

that might be your floater inside the carb that is causing the small leak it was with mine when i had a leak

Funny you say that! Yesterday mine was running like crap and lots of smoke, at wide open it cleared up... until it quit! Found the main jet rattled right out and was sitting on the bottom of the bowl

Sorry i havent replied in awhile i havent been checking this but this is my carb

Ok i might just have to get a stock carb again ‍♂️
