Mikuni vm 18 carb, manifold and throttle cable

Im in the market for a mikuni carb manifold and throttle assembly cut to work with the carb. its for a pk80 motor thats been hopped up a little. I see different vendors that sell this or that, but not one that sells a kit with all you need.
