maybe a stupid question

Today is the first day I took my whizzer out when I started it I noticed the back tire spinning and when I was sitting on it i heard a grinding sound..

j3000 check in side your fender,wheel,band brake or maybe clutch.

Tires can scrape when low on air on mine..check that too
