Sidewinder is showing you that the Mag Wheel has a step axle
You need to remove the C clips (if equipped) then tap the axle end to pop out a bearing Then tap out other bearing with axle
Use a block of hard wood against the axle end so ya don't F up the threads ( put nut on end of axle to protect threads)
