Well ive been looking for a new project for a while now.
So when i saw this bike for sale i jumped on it.

It originally had a poorly installed china girl, with a stripped exhaust stud and drilled trough frame, which a big noo! in the motorized bicycle community

i was planning on fixing and flipping the bike, but i started to dig the looks... so i decided to swap the the two stroke for my 4... put the two stroke on my old bike and sell it

This is what i have so far.
-Monarch forks (It has been a dream of mine to have some since i started this hobby)
-Welded up hole (at local muffler shop for $10)
- smoothed out and painted

Some pics... i find it kinda time consuming uploading pics

resizing, finding were you have em save, or they might exceed file size limit

but here is what i have so far.

Plan on joining the biker build off if it really happens.

Found a couple of pictures of how it was originally installed:-||

the rear mount was also really poorly though out and just allowed to much movement.
glad it wasn't ridden much before it cause some serious damage.

What i have so far with my bike.

its been slow for me since i have been busy with Finals for school and customer builds and repairs

but this is what i have so far my limited time , engine mounted, oil change, and i cleaned and re-greased the bearings on the rims

should probably check the valves also

Also had problems with my carb just fitting into my frame... any ideas for a possible air cleaner alternative? or possibly other people with micargi builds?
