lowend bog

i have a 66 gt5 skyhawk and ive run alomst a gallon thru it,i ported both ends.nothched the piston to clear the intake port,and it bogs on lowend till i hit around 15mph then it startd screaming,or if give it a little choke it seems to pull better on lowend but loose top end,or if i take the baffle out it has tons of low and top end?

Lower the jet needle clip which will raise the needle and richen the mixture...This is good for 1/4 -3/4 throttle adjustment fine tuning.
