new to this hobbie hade one kit motor whent bad got new kit and motorruns good but iam only getting about 20 to 25 miles on tank 1.5L have all stock motor i have about 200 miles but fuel miles going down not leaking any place useing 24/1 mix and one more thing i have read run motor in sweet spot how you find sweet spot brnot
 
That's about 50-65MPG, assuming you've run it bone dry. I doubt you have, so it's probably closer to 65-75MPG.
That's about average for a 66CC chinagirl ridden normally with a man-sized dude in the saddle (read: 200lbs at least)

The so-called "sweet spot" is where your engine is around torque peak - where it does maximum work with the least effort. The RPM range for this depends on the engine, intake and exhaust used, and whether or not one has done any porting mods. With a bone stock chinagirl kit, this will be about 3500-5000 RPM.

With a 44T sprocket and 26" wheels, 3500-5000 works out to 15-22MPH. If you stay in this range, you'll find your MPG will go up to about 80-90.
 
if you do have 200miles on this engine, then you can go to 32:1 mix & get better mileage

be aware, however, that the bike & motor usually weigh about 35 pounds or so - this means that the rider is the heaviest part of the total & big differences in speed & mileage will be seen depending on the weight of the rider

also, if you're running too rich and grabbing big handfuls of throttle just to make it go, then mileage will suffer

read here on the board about checking the plug and adjusting the carb needle
 
thanks for the help i have 1 gal of 24/1 mix then will try 32/1 mix i will us that up this week riding bike to work about 20 mile round trip then go with 32/1 for next week thanks brnot

cleaned out all 24/1 mix and put it in sons car made up 34/1 mix took it outfor a half speed run when out for nice ride till it went dry went 31 miles on tank witch is 1.5 L so mpg went up thank for the help bike ran smother and hade alittle more power good ride thanks brnot
