i tighten the bearings put the rim on my bike.and a few miles the bearings are loose again.and yes the brake arm is tight to the frame, any suggestions

Never heard of that one...are you SURE it's not loosening when you tighten the wheel?
no when i put it on it tight no movement, then i ride it and check it,it has play got me i had a old 60's shwinn fleet and it did fine with a coaster,im stumped maybe i got a bad rim?

Are you making sure the sprocket is threaded all the way in when you're tightening the bearings? Don't forget there are three bearings in a coaster, you need to adjust the brake arm side (which adjusts the main bearings) then the sprocket bearing cone that only really works when going from braking to pedaling.

i had a bendix hub that kept doing that. found out it wasn't the bearings at all. the spoke flange broke off the hub completely.

hopefully that's not your problem.

check for a stripped axle where the cones are, and check the threads on the cones, too.
