I came across this at Home Depot. It is inexpensive at 24 dollars, and built very solidly and weatherproof for outdoor lighting. Also it sure looked a lot like a a motorized bike headlight. I just wondered if this could be a good candidate for motorbike usage. The housing sure looked cool and it's all metal and glass, the LED was on display and bright in the store.
It says its a 2.5 watt led to be used with a maximum output rating of 12 volts. I was hoping it might work in a Scotchmo like configuration with a couple of 2 AA Lithium Lifepo4 batteries running off the white wire.
Not sure, wanted to see what you all thought.
