Larger Intake Manafolds

Hi All:

This my first time posting on this web.

I have a problem. I purchased a new Mukini VM 18mm carburetor for my 80cc motor. The manafold tube is too small (3/4" D.O.) for the carb (7/8" I.D.). Are there any replacement manafolds or other mods to the original manafold I can make to make it fit?

Any help will be appreciated greatly!

there are replacement manifolds, Jim from creative engineering makes a nice billet one and he may be able to cut one a little bigger if you ask him.
but you may try a large 0-ring around the manifold and then clamp down around that. or you can try a "hose mount"
