Hi All,
I think some of these large scale r/c aircraft exhaust parts might just work. The holes on the header is a match with the HT engine, so no modification might be necessary. Maybe just bigger holes for the 6mm studs. The installation might require a High temperature coupling 1" where you can get from SBP I think, if not, then you can try Amazon (not the forest).
1) Stainless Header with Flexi pipe:

I think this is the same header used by RSE on it's tuned pipe.
2) Mufflers
Tuned Muffler:http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=20586
This might be too small, but you use 2 of these to make a dual muffler: http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=13070
If anybody is interested, then you can use this buddy code discount valid for the next 10 days. I think it's about 5% discount, not really much.
For the Header:

For the tuned muffler:

The smaller muffler is already out of stock.
Or you can try your Local Hobby R/C shop and try to find if they have these parts.
Yes, I already ordered mine. So, I think this should give my motorized bicycle an aircraft sound...
