Know what is wrong not sure what to do next?

Need some info on what you have. 4 stroke but what brand and where did you buy it? Looks like a casting problem with that shaft. Got snapped off quite obviously...

You got a good Huasheng engine but those pocket bike chain gearboxes are junk.

Your tapered shaft Huasheng motor limits your gearbox choices.

Buy a Grubee 4G gearbox from Gasbike.net or one of their many websites.

$99 such a deal....

You may have to change your rear sprocket to keep the right gear ratio
because your broken one is 3?? to 1 and the Grubee 4G is 5 to 1 ratio if the
photo actually represents what they are selling?

Info? It's a 50 cc 4 stroke tapered shaft Huasheng motor, clone of a 50 cc GXH Honda, sort of......

Looks like he needs a new gearbox. He could get another junky box for under $50 or get a pretty damn good one for $100.
