Came across this site. They sure look like Worksman Bikes but there is no mention of the namebrand. They do have a full list of parts though!!
Inb Industrial Bicycle are the most heavy duty bikes made.

Very nice foundation for a motored bike. Might as well by from the company. Worksman Cycles - Factory Direct Store: America's Oldest Cycle Manufacturer of Industrial Bicycles and Tricycles, Since 1898 I like the front drum brake as a add on part number 77A.
