Idle screw?

No, but you can take your carb to any good hardware store, find the right threaded metric screw, file or grind a point on it and get away with it.
Pick up a matching nut and it will make a nice locknut to replace the spring that you lost, too.
hope this helps!

Slogger's advice is good if you have a Chinese 2 stroke. You need to tell us which carburetor you have. Also what engine. 2 stroke or 4?
Always a good idea to tell us what you have so we can offer accurate information.

If, as we often assume, it is a Chinese 2 stroke with the standard NT carb, the idle speed screw is just a mechaincal stop that controls how far closed the throttle slide (barrel) will close.

You actually don't want a point to it but a small diameter section that will fit the groove in the side of the throttle barrel. That's assuming the NT carb.

Tell us a little more about what you have so we can give you better direction.
