Idle adjustment help

I used a very tight frame for my motorized bike so my carb barely fits. The idle screw pushes against the frame so I can't loosen it any further. Is it okay to take out the screw, cut it shorter, and put it back in. Or is there another way to lower the idle without the screw?

Post more pics of that mickey mouse install. :D
Is your motor leaning to one side or does that intake angle out???
How come when noobs post pics they never show enough so they
could get a solution?
Show the whole motor from the side and crouch down to shoot straight at it.

can you fit 1/4 inch piece of PVC between rear mount block and frame?

I've shortened those screws, but one needs to then make a narrow pointed section on it with rounded tip to prevent damage to slide.

Here is left and right view, I forgot to mention it has a jackshaft so I don't think I could put the PVC on the mounts. The first picture I posted was taken from the left side. It's an angled intake.

Try the intake angling to the other side. The left side. Then the choke will be blocked. Ha ha.
Ovalize the intake mounting holes on the cylinder so you can rotate the intake down a hair?
Hit it with a hammer?
That intake is not that level.
I make my own offset intakes out of 2 cut up intakes held together with 3/4" heater hose.

PS: Throw that boost crap in the trash.

Thanks for the replies. I'm going to try shortening the idle screw and filing the tip for now while I try to slap together another intake. @MotorBicycleRacing do you happen to have any pictures of one of your intakes? When I make a new one I will ditch the boost bottle :D. I have been seeing a lot of posts saying those are useless. Maybe I use the same tube for nitro
