Not in Canada.... I understand Terry Blow is back selling a very limited number of items some of which are HS motors and kits. http://blowbyu.ca/200201.html He IS in Canada. Surrey BC. to be exact.

John at Phantom Bikes told me that they ship world wide. I assume that would include Canada. But seeing as Terry Blow is actually IN Canada, he seems to be the right choice.
