HP kills their tablet. May quit pc industry

The reason why HP's Touchpad cost so little cuz they couldn't sell it at $499, or $399, it didn't make the profit goal so they lowered the price...to a bargaining price. $99, $149. HP intends to stop making devices that run the company's downtrodden mobile operating system, but will continue developing software.

I hope they quit the PC/laptop biz too! I will never buy another HP product for as long as I live after I paid $900 for a new laptop that failed after 2 years-HP knew it had a defective graphic card/chip and never did anything about it.

I bought a cheap 299 dollar emachine that runs great and has outlasted my HP laptop.

I bought a motorola zoom tablet when they 1st came out. It is just awesome. I see tablets taking over the laptop market.
