Honda GX100 VS the Villers flywheel?

OK. I've been looking at this thing on ebay and wondering if it could be adapted to work on my GX100 project motor to add flywheel for a lower idle speed AND to vintageAfyi it :) I sent a message to the dude RE demensions and weight ( just noticed the add says ~8 lbs) but no reply. Im Hopeing some of our New Zelander / Ozz members might have some insight here. eBay - New & used electronics, cars, apparel, collectibles, sporting goods & more at low prices Thanks in advance.

OK. I finally got a reply from the seller: [Outside diameter is 6-3/8", inside diameter is about 5-1/32", the shaft size looks like about a tight 3/4" maybe a shade under. Where the nut threads on about a 1/2" thread. These aren't exact numbers but pretty close, hope this helps, thanks, Ransom, also the weight, the pulley by itself is about 5-1/2 lbs. Also the magnets seem pretty strong. Also the overall depth is 1-3/4",inside depth is 1-1/2", I think I got everything now] .... So now I need to do some measuring.
