Ho else thinks this is a great deal?

Looks really used - clutch arm seems too far under carb & why no chain?

used bikes can often be a problem - really hard to tell from a pic
 
if someone rolled it into the shop, I'd check that motor wasn't seized and offer no more than $250
 
a lot of what these are worth depends on where they are - in my area, a brand new, pretty bike is almost unsellable at $600
 
description states "frame & motor".......
wheels,fork,bottom bracket,brakes,seat, controls etc NOT included
seller has 0 feedback

no interested in it, but I don't see anything excluded - seems more like an ID for type of frame & motor in the motorized bicycle ad
