Help fitting Maxxis Hookworms on my bike???

I have a Jake Bike Skull and Bones Downtown Edition and I need help with chain clearance so I can fit 2.5" Hookworms fat tires. I have 2.125 right now and chain rubs tire pretty bad. Can someone point me in the right direction and give me steps on where to start. I have a GT-5 with the 10 tooth sprocket that can fit a 410 chain. I know a smaller chain will help and be absolutely required for the clearance of the tire. Right now I have 415.
I am not going to offset the motor.
I can shim front and rear sprockets ?
I have a 3 piece hub clamp rear sprocket. Can I put washers between sprocket and clamp to move it out?
What about the 10 tooth, how to shim that?
Basically I need to shim both sprockets and go down to a 410 from 415 chain and need pointers and help and other tricks or tips would be appreciated. Thanks

How did I shim the front 10 tooth sprocket and how much can I shim it? Is it ok to use washers to shim the rear sprocket out more off the 2 piece hub clamp ( Jake hub clamp)??
